Soundtrack to Caroline Guiela Nguyen’s theatre show

This album is the soundtrack to the show Lacrima, created by Caroline Guiela Nguyen (company Les Hommes Approximatifs) at the Théâtre National de Strasbourg in May 2024. With 160 performances in 18 countries, the show has reached nearly 50,000 spectators since its creation, in prestigious venues such as the Barbican in London, the Sydney Festival, the Schaubühne in Berlin, the Piccolo Teatro di Milano, the Odéon in Paris, and the Festival d’Avignon.

This album allows you to relive the sensitive and choral universe of Lacrima through music, extending the experience of the show beyond the stage.

Sound Walk Project: Port du Rhin, Strasbourg

Port Data is a sound documentary fiction conceived by Hélène Gaudy (text) with composers Gaëtan Gromer, Clara Olivares, and Antoine Spindler, in which the Quatuor Adastra participates as instrumental material.

The work invites you to stroll through the Port du Rhin district in Strasbourg, via a mobile application (GOH), to listen to geolocated stories blending memory, fire, and urban transformation.

Created as part of the Esch2022 program (European Capital of Culture) and extended as part of the Musica Festival in 2021, this project dialogues with the territory, its inhabitants, and its history, offering a very sensitive immersion into the port landscape.
